Jason Alexander is the Co-Founder of I AM Education, education specialist and coach with close to two decades of experience in Education.
A father of three and a leader across multiple roles teacher, centre director and coach. Jason specialises in understanding children's behaviour and guiding educators to reconnect with themselves so they can lead with confidence and care. His work blends Nervous System Awareness, NLP and Emotional Intelligence to create lasting, human-centred change in education.
Rebecca Grugan
Rebecca Grugan is the Co-Founder of I AM Education and a coach, entrepreneur and leader in the education and business sectors.
With a background in business and a deep commitment to people, Rebecca brings together her experience as a centre owner, parent and entrepreneur to support educators in both their professional and personal growth. She founded I AM Montessori and has led the integration of Montessori into public schooling, spoken on stages across Australia and continues to design and deliver powerful NLP-based training. Creative and deeply intuitive, Rebecca helps educators unlock their potential and lead with purpose.
